Productivity & Wellbeing Strategist
Founder of Hoxton Hyde
During my career as a Senior Executive Assistant and Project Manager, I lived in London (UK) and worked in the fast paced, demanding and often stressful environment of the financial banking district, located not far from Hoxton Square. For 14 years I managed the time and priorities of successful, high powered Executives and large company wide projects.
After years of not prioritising my health, I decided to do something BIG to make a change. So, in a moment of madness, I registered for the Paris Marathon. Many (many!) training hours were spent running around the iconic, Hyde Park.
It wasn't until I started religiously training for a marathon, that I began to fully appreciate my ability to be highly productive with my workload but also prioritise time for health. This lifestyle change was the inspiration behind, Hoxton Hyde.
Hoxton Hyde helps Executive and Personal Assistants become highly productive, strategic business partners by increasing their efficiency and elevating their approach to how they work to allow for a greater business impact and a healthy work life balance.
I now reside just outside of Sydney, Australia.
